We provide advanced driver coaching and driver assessment services. Any assessment results are informational and depend on the participant’s cooperation, applicable conditions, and the instructor’s evaluation.

3. Scheduling and participation

• You must provide accurate information when requesting services.
• You agree to arrive on time and follow all instructor safety instructions during sessions.
• Rescheduling or cancellation rules may be applied by the service provider; you will be informed at the time of booking.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using the services safely and lawfully, including compliance with traffic and safety rules during any on-road or practical components (if offered). You also acknowledge that driver training is physically and situationally demanding.

5. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, deployflownet.com, LLC, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or any losses not directly caused by our breach.

You acknowledge that driving behavior, traffic conditions, and individual performance affect outcomes.

6. Outcomes disclaimer (no guarantees)

Results vary by participant, preparation, and conditions. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including test pass results, insurance outcomes, or certification results, even if such results are referenced in promotional materials.

7. Data protection, cookies, and notices

If this site processes personal data for lead/contact requests, lawful processing and required disclosures will be provided in accordance with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

If the site stores information or accesses information on a user’s terminal equipment (including cookies or similar technologies), user pre-consent and clear information will be provided in accordance with Закон України "Про електронні комунікації" від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX.
